Makes 8 mini loaves.
1. In a large bowl, mash the banana, then add in all the other ingredients apart from berries.
2. Give everything a good mix until fully incorporated, before gently stirring in the berries.
3. Pre heat the oven to 170 degrees. Pour into a lined or silicone mini loaf tin and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and firm on the top.
4. Leave to cool slightly before de-moulding. (Alternatively bake in a loaf tin for 35-40 minutes and slice into portions.)
5. Recommended serving size - 1 - 2 mini loaves, depending on your child's appetite.
6. Perfect cold as a snack on the go, or a brilliant breakfast with greek or coconut yoghurt, kefir, hemp seeds and nut butter.
7. Warm individual portions in the microwave for 30-60 seconds before serving.
8. Store in the fridge for 3-5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
