Refund policy

We put a lot of care into our products to ensure they are as advertised and aim to provide excellent service for our customers. If you are unhappy with any of our products or service, please send us an email at hello@thebabydays.com.au to discuss the issue and whether a refund or credit is acceptable.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the any of your meals or products are damaged, leaking or you have received the incorrect item. We will aim to rectify any issues as quickly as possible. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on gift cards.
