Absolutely! Our meals are very nutrient dense and delicious making them great for anybody to eat. Even though they are designed with mum in mind, they can be enjoyed by all (and they're definitely partner approved from the feedback we've recieved!).

We have done our best to cater to a range of different dietary needs. Most of our meals are predominately plant based, with a number of dairy free options. If you have any special requests or questions please send us an email at hello@thebabydays.com.au and we will see what we can do.

Please note we work in a commercial kitchen with meat and allergens such as gluten, dairy and nuts present.

We believe in a nutritional science and a whole foods approach. Whole foods are naturally high in proteins, carbs, healthy fats, fibre and essential minerals/vitamins. They provide us with all the nutrition we need and in the way nature intended. Nutrients are able to work together the way they are supposed to and this maximises nutrient absorption. We avoid processed foods and foods with hidden nasties/additives!

We truly believe food can have such a big impact on your postpartum recovery and even though no one size fits all - there are certain foods and nutrients that everyone can benefit from. There are many commonly depleted nutrients in the postpartum so we have made sure we put a little extra focus on these.

Eventually our goal is to be 100% organic. At this stage we are using organic ingredients where it is feasible to do so. As we grow we hope it becomes possible for us to reach our goal. We aim to use locally sourced ingredients that are high quality and any meat we use is ethically sourced.

Unfortunately not. To make our deliveries worthwhile there is a minimum order amount of $99. If your cart isn't quite reaching $99 we have a small range of 'add on's' such as tea and breast pads which can be included in your delivery.

Remember our meals are all delivered frozen so it is definitely worthwhile ordering a few of your favourites and stocking up your freezer stash for those 'what are we going to eat for dinner' nights!

We deliver all our meals and snacks frozen. They are batch cooked in our commercial kitchen then frozen immediately to preserve freshness and taste. We are still cooking up a storm weekly to maintain our freezer stocks!

Please click here to see our meal breakdowns. We have determined the freezer life for our meals is 3 months to maintain the highest quality and taste. You will find an individual expiry date on every meal, and they should last for between 2-3 months from when you receive your delivery.

Unfortunately, not at this stage. We are a new company and navigating deliveries as best we can. When we are more established, we may introduce the ability to pick a delivery window but at this stage deliveries will be between 10am – 4pm on a Tuesday.

A few different places! Our organic ingredients and pantry staples are mostly sourced from the wonderful Honest to Goodness. We shop around at local stores and grocers for our fruit & veg.

You can rest assured we are trying to source the highest quality ingredients we are able to.

We deliver weekly on a Tuesday between 10am-4pm. You will select which Tuesday you would like your delivery when you place your order. Please note orders close on Sunday evening for delivery the following Tuesday. We are currently very busy and sometimes orders will be closed early, once we reach capacity. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment! Alternatively you can preorder for a future week.

It is not essential you are home. We won't be knocking on the door as we don't want to interrupt any naps or feeds, so we will simply leave your delivery at the front door and send you a text message that it is there.

We pack our meals in insulated woolpack lined boxes the morning of delivery. These boxes are able to keep contents frozen for up to 24 hours. This means it will be totally safe at your front door for the entire day!

We are happy to deliver our meals to hospitals so mumma can enjoy the goodness straight after birth - as long as she has access to a fridge or freezer to store them. Please note, once defrosted meals will need to be consumed within 48 hours. Please ensure you include as many details as possible in your order so we are able to locate you.

Yes - just be sure to put the correct unit in your order and any instructions we might need to gain access.

Our packaging is either recyclable or compostable. Your meals will be delivered in our woolpack lined boxes which will keep the contents frozen for 24 hours. We would love to collect your box and wool liner and re-use them for future deliveries, so please get in touch if you'd like to return it.

Yes! This is the absolute best gift a new or expecting mum could recieve - warm, nourishing and delicious food. Just make sure you know your loved ones dietary requirements (we would hate for them to recieve something they can't eat). Please also make sure to put the recipients details in the 'shipping' details.

We also have gift cards available which are the perfect option if you aren't sure which meals to select for them, or to better allow them to choose when they would like a delivery.

Yes - there is an option to include a message with your delivery at the checkout stage. We will handwrite this message out for you on one of our special branded postcards.
