SERVING SUGGESTIONS
This container is microwave or oven proof, however you will need to remove the board lid. We suggest reheating this brekky bake from frozen in the microwave for around 1min 30sec - 2 minutes or until warmed through. We suggest serving with some greek or coconut yoghurt. This brekky bake can also be eaten cold, simply place in your fridge and allow to defrost overnight - it is safe in the fridge for up to 48 hours.

NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS
Oats are a postpartum staple as they are loaded with a lot of essential minerals and fibre, as well as being an easily digested and sustained energy source. Chia and hemp are nutritional powerhouses that are packed full of healthy fats to help with brain fog, heart health and more! Cacao is also a fabulous source of magnesium, an essential mineral that is often depleted and important for overall health and wellbeing.

NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS
Walnuts are an excellent addition to a postpartum diet as they are a wonderful source of healthy fats making them great for heart, hormonal and brain health.
This Bolognese is also full of lentils - an easy digestible fibre that can help get things moving in the bathroom and overall help with gut health. Lentils are also high in iron, a commonly depleted nutrient during pregnancy and postpartum.
A big range of veggies in this sauce also makes it antioxidant and vitamin rich! A new mumma needs as much nourishment as she can get.

Our pesto is packed full of spinach which is high in iron, folate, potassium and vitamin C. Leafy greens such as spinach are superfoods for our health and improve blood flow, support immunity and help our digestive system function. We also pack this pasta full of broccoli and pumpkin - other highly nutritious vegetable to help you meet your nutritional needs in the postpartum. Okay, so the white choccy is purely because you deserve something yummy and sugarry! But these are also full of nutritious nuts and seeds - so you absolutely should have no guilt gobbling these down. Nuts and seeds are natures superfoods - they're full of healthy fats, minerals and are such an essential part of a mummas diet to support recovery and replenish stores lost throughout pregnancy and birth. Goji berries are a great antioxidant boost too - with anti-inflammatory and immune fighting properties.
