Our naturopath has carefully chosen this herbal tea to help with a mother’s preparation for birth in the third trimester of pregnancy. Raspberry leaf has been traditionally used during the later stages of pregnancy to strengthen and tone the uterus, in preparation for childbirth. Raspberry leaf is nutrient rich, and can also be taken post birth to help promote healthy recovery. This herbal tea offers a gentle and earthy flavour.

This blend is caffeine free.

1. ORDER ONLINE 

Place your order via our website. Be sure to get your orders in by Friday evening for delivery the following Tuesday. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can preorder for a future week.

2. WE GET COOKING

All our meals and snacks are cooked from scratch by our team of cooks (most of whom are fellow mums!) and snap frozen to retain freshness. We now also offer a range of serving sizes, so you can choose what works best for you and your families individual needs.

3. WE DELIVER TO YOUR DOOR

All orders are delivered on a Tuesday between 10am-4pm to your front door. We don't like to knock and wake sleeping babies (or mamas!), but you will receive a text when your delivery has arrived. Our meals will be delivered frozen, in a cardboard box, with an ice pack and thermal insulated carton liner.
