Our Pea & Mint Soup with nourishing bone broth is a silky, flavour-packed blend of sweet green peas, cooling mint and rich, slow-simmered bone broth. Naturally vibrant and slightly sweet with a refreshing herbal lift, it’s beautifully balanced and incredibly satisfying.

Serves 1-2 people. If you are after single servings, we suggest defrosting the soup and eating it over a couple of days.

All our meals & snacks are made fresh and snap frozen to retain freshness. They are delivered to your door frozen in a cooler box.

Nutritional Benefits

This soup is full of chicken bone broth - an excellent postpartum ingredient that can help with tissue repair and recovery due to it's high levels of the protein glycine. It can also help hydrate and replenish the body of many lost nutrient stores.
Mint is known for help relieving problems with digestion. It also has a positive impact on immunity health. For a fibre boost we have added nutritional yeast to this soup as mummas can never have enough fibre!

Our Packaging

This soup is packaged in a recyclable plastic tub.

Our meals are delivered frozen, in a cardboard box with a woolpack liner.

how it works

1. ORDER ONLINE

Place your order via our website. Be sure to get your orders in by Friday evening for delivery the following Tuesday. Please note, we are currently very busy and have been reaching capacity in advance and having to close orders early! We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can preorder for a future week.

2. WE GET COOKING

All our meals and snacks are cooked from scratch by our team of cooks (most of whom are fellow mums!) and snap frozen to retain freshness. We now also offer a range of serving sizes, so you can choose what works best for you and your families individual needs.

3. WE DELIVER TO YOUR DOOR

All orders are delivered on a Tuesday between 10am-4pm to your front door. We don't like to knock and wake sleeping babies (or mamas!), but you will receive a text when your delivery has arrived. Our meals will be delivered frozen, in a cardboard box, with an ice pack and thermal insulated carton liner.

We use seasonal, local & organic ingredients where possible.

All our meal packaging is either recyclable or compostable. We will be continually evaluating how we operate to see if we can do better.
