This slow-cooked dish is both nourishing and deeply satisfying, making it a perfect blend of rich, aromatic flavours and health benefits. A little bit on the spicier side but oh so delicious and warming. Tender beef melts in a creamy coconut sauce blended with our in-house made aromatic curry paste. Simmered to perfection with potatoes, green beans, and beef bone broth, this dish is both comforting and nutrient-dense. Perfect for pairing with steamed rice or fresh greens for an unforgettable meal.

We use locally sourced, high quality meats from regenerative farms.

All our meals & snacks are made fresh and snap frozen to retain freshness. They are delivered to your door frozen in a cooler box.

We love slow cooking meats here as it is so wonderful for you. Beef Rendang is a deeply flavorful and nutrient-dense dish that supports immune function, muscle recovery, and digestive health. Beef provides high-quality protein, iron, and B vitamins, essential for energy production and muscle repair. Coconut milk and desiccated coconut supply healthy fats and MCTs that support brain function and metabolism. Potatoes and green beans add fiber, vitamins, and minerals for digestive health and sustained energy. Garlic, ginger, lemongrass, and red chili contain anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, boosting immunity and gut health. Beef bone broth enhances gut healing, joint health, and immunity with collagen and essential minerals. The aromatic spices not only enhance flavour but also provide antioxidants, aid digestion, and support circulation.

This meal comes in a recyclable container.

Our meals are delivered frozen, in a cardboard box with a woolpack liner.

1. ORDER ONLINE

Place your order via our website. Be sure to get your orders in by Friday evening for delivery the following Tuesday. Please note, we are currently very busy and have been reaching capacity in advance and having to close orders early! We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can preorder for a future week.

2. WE GET COOKING

All our meals and snacks are cooked from scratch by our team of cooks (most of whom are fellow mums!) and snap frozen to retain freshness. We now also offer a range of serving sizes, so you can choose what works best for you and your families individual needs.

3. WE DELIVER TO YOUR DOOR

All orders are delivered on a Tuesday between 10am-4pm to your front door. We don't like to knock and wake sleeping babies (or mamas!), but you will receive a text when your delivery has arrived. Our meals will be delivered frozen, in a cardboard box, with an ice pack and thermal insulated carton liner.

We use seasonal, local & organic ingredients where possible.

All our meal packaging is either recyclable or compostable. We will be continually evaluating how we operate to see if we can do better.
