Comfort food at its finest. Tender lamb is slow-cooked in nourishing chicken bone broth with nutty freekeh, barley, seasonal vegetables, and a fragrant blend of fresh rosemary, thyme, and garlic. A nourishing bowl that’s as good for your body as it is for your soul. Perfect for cozy nights, family dinners, or anyone craving a hearty, nutrient-dense meal made with real ingredients.

We use locally sourced, high quality meats from regenerative farms. 

Choose from two sizes:
- Small (serves 1)
- Large (serves 3)

All our meals and snacks are made fresh and snap frozen to retain freshness. They will be delivered frozen, in a cardboard box, with an ice pack and thermal insulated carton liner.

Slow cooked meats are full of the amino acid glycine, which helps tissue repair. Lamb also provides high-quality protein, iron, and B vitamins, essential for red blood cell production, energy metabolism, and muscle repair. Freekeh provides a fibre and carbohydrate source, which is important for energy levels. The slow-cooking process allows flavours to deepen and nutrients to be well-absorbed, making this stew a comforting, balanced meal ideal for recovery, immune support, and sustained nourishment.

Our hearty lamb stew comes in a recyclable aluminium container with a cardboard lid.

Our meals are delivered frozen, in a cardboard box, with an ice pack and thermal insulated carton liner.

1. ORDER ONLINE

Place your order via our website. Be sure to get your orders in by Friday evening for delivery the following Tuesday. Please note, we are currently very busy and have been reaching capacity in advance and having to close orders early! We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can preorder for a future week.

2. WE GET COOKING

All our meals and snacks are cooked from scratch by our team of cooks (most of whom are fellow mums!) and snap frozen to retain freshness. We now also offer a range of serving sizes, so you can choose what works best for you and your families individual needs.

3. WE DELIVER TO YOUR DOOR

All orders are delivered on a Tuesday between 10am-4pm to your front door. We don't like to knock and wake sleeping babies (or mamas!), but you will receive a text when your delivery has arrived. Our meals will be delivered frozen, in a cardboard box, with an ice pack and thermal insulated carton liner.

We use seasonal, local & organic ingredients where possible.

All our meal packaging is either recyclable or compostable. We will be continually evaluating how we operate to see if we can do better.
