Haven't tried overnight buckwheat groats before... just trust us on this one! The combination of buckwheat and chia is light but so satisfying, and the buckwheat groats add a delicious nutty flavour and texture, and will keep you satiated and fuelled until lunch. Naturally sweetened with raspberries and packed full of minerals, antioxidants, fibre, protein and healthy fats. This is such a great way to start your day.

Delicious as is for those chaotic mornings, or add some of our suggested toppings to create a balanced and absolutely delicious breakfast. Serve with additional coconut yoghurt, fresh or frozen berries, an extra spoonful of nut butter, plus your favourite seeds or nuts.

how it works

1. ORDER ONLINE

Place your order via our website. Be sure to get your orders in by Friday evening for delivery the following Tuesday. Please note, we are currently very busy and have been reaching capacity in advance and having to close orders early! We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can preorder for a future week.

2. WE GET COOKING

All our meals and snacks are cooked from scratch by our team of cooks (most of whom are fellow mums!) and snap frozen to retain freshness. We now also offer a range of serving sizes, so you can choose what works best for you and your families individual needs.

3. WE DELIVER TO YOUR DOOR

All orders are delivered on a Tuesday between 10am-4pm to your front door. We don't like to knock and wake sleeping babies (or mamas!), but you will receive a text when your delivery has arrived. Our meals will be delivered frozen, in a cardboard box, with an ice pack and thermal insulated carton liner.

We use seasonal, local & organic ingredients where possible.

All our meal packaging is either recyclable or compostable. We will be continually evaluating how we operate to see if we can do better.
