This thick, creamy and cozy soup is loaded with flavour and will make your gut oh so happy! Crunchy sesame chickpeas sprinkled on top just add to the delicious-ness!

Our soup comes in a recyclable plastic tub (1L) serving approx 2-3 people depending on your appetite. We suggest serving it alongside some crusty sourdough bread for dipping!

Naturally gluten, dairy and nut free.

Nutritional Benefits

Pumpkin and sweet potato are fantastic immune boosters as they are packed full of vitamin C and vitamin A. This soup is packed full of fibre from the veggies and chickpeas to keep your gut nice and happy and help restore healthy bowel movements. Miso is also an excellent immune booster and another one to help improve digestion!

Our meals are delivered frozen, in a cardboard box with a woolpack liner.

how it works

1. ORDER ONLINE

Place your order via our website. Be sure to get your orders in by Sunday evening for delivery the following Tuesday. Please note, we are currently very busy and have been reaching capacity in advance and having to close orders early! We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can preorder for a future week.

2. WE GET COOKING

All our meals are batch cooked and frozen immediately to preserve nutrient content and taste. We are cooking weekly to keep our freezer stocks up!

3. WE DELIVER TO YOUR DOOR

All orders are delivered on a Tuesday between 10am-4pm to your front door. Meals are kept in our Woolpack lined boxes to keep things safe and frozen until you are able to get to it and bring it inside. You will receive a text message when your order has been delivered!

We use seasonal, local & organic ingredients where possible.

All our meal packaging is either recyclable or compostable. We will be continually evaluating how we operate to see if we can do better.
